ASIP keeps project history connected across your agents and devices. This notice describes the information the current service uses and where it goes.
Your account
GitHub or Google sign-in provides your provider identity, display name, and verified email address. ASIP uses these to create and authenticate your account. Website sign-in requests basic identity access; it does not request access to your repositories, Google Drive, or email messages. Identity linking is an explicit account action.
Your project memory
Beacon records work locally first. When you connect cloud and approve synchronization, ASIP stores project and session metadata, agent records, relationships, named connection metadata, and recorded evidence. Evidence can include paths, tool input and output, and text excerpts already captured in records. Full working trees, transcript files, and arbitrary referenced attachments are not automatically uploaded. Provider API credentials and local plugin grants stay on the device.
How the service runs
ASIP uses Cloudflare Workers, D1, and private R2 storage to operate its website and cloud memory. Connections use HTTPS. Stored cloud information is protected by Cloudflare infrastructure encryption and account authorization. This is not end-to-end encrypted storage. Beacon’s trace redaction is a best-effort filter; review what your agents record before synchronizing sensitive work.
Payments
Stripe handles subscription checkout, payment details, invoices, and billing management. ASIP stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, access status, and trial and subscription dates. ASIP does not store your card number. The free trial does not require a card.
Cookies and service data
ASIP uses necessary authentication cookies and browser storage for preferences such as pinned projects. Cloudflare and identity providers process information needed for security and sign-in. ASIP’s current application has no advertising trackers or product analytics scripts.
Your controls and retention
You can sign out, revoke device and API credentials, and manage your subscription from your workspace. Recorded history is retained after a trial or subscription ends. Local recovery does not delete cloud history. Automated account deletion is not yet available; contact ASIP for account access, export, correction, or deletion requests. ASIP does not sell your project memory.
